She studied Contemporary History in Berlin, Germany as well as Economics in Venice, Italy, and later earned several professional certifications in project management and M&E. A passionate about evaluation, Chloé makes it to her duty that ENV’s work complies with the highest international standards using state-of-the-art-methodologies and innovative approaches. A certified Gender trainer, she ensures to bring the gender perspective in every ENV’s projects and assignment.
Based in Morocco since 2010, Chloé is currently the head of the Bank of Africa Foundations. Her areas of expertise lie in Gender equity, empowerment, youth employability, green economy, food systems, and capacity development. She has extensive field experience in the Maghreb (Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia), West Africa (Benin, Burkina Faso, Cote d’Ivoire, Ghana, Mali, Niger, Senegal, Togo), Kenya, Madagascar, and China.
